What do I get in a LEAN weight loss program?You get fully customised 7 day meal plans, shopping lists, recipe sheets, instruction sheets, instruction videos, live coaching via phone or video and complementary live dietitian chat for any extra questions.

How and when will I receive my weight loss program material?Once you complete and submit your weight loss program questionnaire, the LEAN Dietitians will get to work and have your materials ready within 24 hours. We will send a notification to you in the app once the materials are prepared. You can view your materials in your ‘My Files’ tab, which is accessed from the button in the top right hand corner of the app homepage. We also send your meal plan to your email.

How do I access my coaching call or chat support?Simply by clicking the 'Connect to Dietitian' tab. Just say “Hi” and we can help you from there. We are available Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm

What is the nutrition coaching call for?Coaching is for those who are signed up to our weight loss program. A coaching session is all about empowering you, guiding you and motivating you towards your weight loss goals. Coaching sessions typically take between 15 and 20 minutes. Book and access your coaching call through the 'Connect to Dietitian' tab in the app.

Can I use health insurance?Yes. You can use health insurance for our weight loss program and coaching services. We will send you a health insurance receipt for claiming your rebate upon your request in our chat.
